- 手术堕胎：外科手术通过阴道将胎儿从子宫中取出。它通常使用吸力和一个锋利的勺子状工具。在罕见的情况下，这会导致子宫壁瘢痕(Asherman综合征)，这可能使怀孕变得困难。进行多次手术流产的妇女也可能有更高的宫颈损伤风险。
